This place is compared to high school a lot. Just like any other job, advancing is all about who you know, and who likes you. They are really good at pretending like they care, but in reality, they don't care about how hard you work. The hardest part of the job is trusting your management. They give you lots of quality food options that weigh out the driving time and gas money spent to get there. They are generous (compared to most places) with their vacation time, so that's a plus.
The benefits are good if you're willing to put up with an erratic schedule- you should basically plan to not attend any family events for the first 2 years of your employment. You spend your first 2 days in the administration building learning about the work culture from those who have no clue about the integrity of their management. Their training department needs to spend more time teaching their job coaches how to be effective leaders (team captains) if they want to promote a 'team' environment.
